Scheduling a Therapy Session

***Therapy services are currently only offered via teletherapy***

Beginning therapy is one of the most impactful personal investments you could make. The process to begin therapy is quite straightforward.

Once your information is submitted (full name, email, phone number, and if you will be paying by insurance or self-pay), you will be added to our HIPAA- compliant EHR, Simple Practice. All clients have access to their own client portal.

Once potential clients complete each step, they will receive their intake documents via the email provided. Selecting your intake session is next, and you can access the available sessions via the client portal.

***As part of the required documentation, you will need to upload a photo of the front and back of your insurance card, if paying by insurance, and make sure to have a working credit card on file at all times.***
