*** If you do not have the aforementioned insurances, or if you prefer not to use your insurance, our services would be considered out of network (OON). Aspire can provide you with a superbill for your insurance. Clients will pay for therapy services at the full session rate and request reimbursement from your insurance thereafter. Self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate at the start of therapy.***

Cancellation Policy

A full 24 hours is required for cancellations to avoid being charged for scheduled appointment. A valid credit card is to be provided and kept on file by Aspire Counseling & Wellness Center, PLLC to charge for services, late cancellations, or no-shows. For missed or late appointments without a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged for either the entire insurance cost or charged at the full self-pay rate of the scheduled appointment. The fee will be charged to the card on file with Aspire Counseling & Wellness Center, PLLC. The expectation of cancelling appointments at an appropriate time practices professionalism, allows staff to fill your reserved time, and creates boundaries for clinician’s time and dedication to the profession. Please understand your insurance does NOT reimburse for charges related to missed or late- cancelled appointments.
